Loved that apartment home type feel. Just large enough to not feel like you’re in a hotel room. Shower was awesome!!! Water pressure ALMOST washed off the days dirt without scrubbing!!!LOL!!! Only negative was housekeeping dropped the ball on room cleaning even AFTER requesting service at check in. Manager adjusted stay, but was still bittersweet. 1st time client. Will stay at the chain again whenever possible.

James was very understanding of my need for gluten-free items at breakfast. I selected some options and ordered them especially for me. Dalia had them available for me so I was able to have breakfast with my family. They went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We had a one year old with us and got a one bedroom suite in order to have some sort of separation so all of us could sleep in peace. Very roomy, dishes/washer available, and a large bathroom! The breakfast was exceptional and had lots of variety - perfect to fill up a one year old who needs a “sampler tray” of food to fill up! The waffles were fluffy and tender, there was always a protein (usually a sausage), and then we had breakfast potatoes or French toast sticks. There was also fresh coffee (nice and bold - not watery!), cereals, breads, and lots of drink options. Check in and check out was smooth, we got an extra blanket to our room in less than 15 m of asking, and housekeeping was friendly. The area was close to everything we needed. If we’re back in the area, we plan to stay here again! Oh, and the beds were to-die-for comfortable. TV had lots of great channels! ESPN was a hit with the husband.

Location is good, very close to The Domain and Arboreteum but more reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Hotel was very clean. The room was really great. Nice bathroom and the kitchen is a really nice addition.

I loved everything about this property. The suits were just perfect! Tiny kitchen with all the utensils was just great! The pool was just perfect for a late afternoon swim. Loved everything about our stay.

The comfortable atmosphere is one of the be reasons why we enjoyed the stay. We are at the fish restaurant close by and it was terrific. We also were walking distance to a gas station for lottery tickets.

The staff was so sweet! Alex was really friendly and super helpful our first night and so was Carolina (I think that’s spelled right!) she was also very kid with the kids and helpful when checking out! The pool was nice the room had great space and just enough kitchen items we needed to make dinner! The location is great your bit far from down town but far enough that your close to grow dry stores and anything else you might need. We stayed at the Hyatt down town our first night but wish we would have stayed here the whole visit! My self 2- 15 year olds a 6 year old and 18 month old. It was so nice to be able to lay the baby down and close the doors so she could have some quiet while the rest of us play games! We will for sure be staying here again!
